Rodoviária de Lisboa is carrying out an Inquiry on Quality and Satisfaction of its Costumers.

Rodoviária de Lisboa, one of the Barraqueiro Group Companies, is carrying out an inquiry near its customers, during the months May and June, which consists on the version 2007 of the "Inquiry on Quality and Satisfaction" (IQS), including 3000 questionnaires near the passengers.

This kind of inquiry has been yearly made since 1996 and will give the information about the evolution of the satisfaction degree of passengers, regarding the service made available by the company.

IQS is carried out through 2000 inquiries in the bus stops and inside the vehicles, after which 1000 clients aleatory chosen are contacted by phone to answer about specific questions about the operational performance of the company.
